Limerick senior inter-county players will be running the coaching days which will take the format of  Skillstar Days running from 9.30am to 12pm for girls aged 7-12 and Camogie Lifestyle Academy running from 1pm to 5pm for girls aged 13-16. These days were very successful when run last July and we encourage all young players to attend.

Skill Development and fun will be the focus of the Skillstar Days with and the young players will also get to meet, get to know and receive top class coaching from members of the Limerick Camogie Team.

The Camogie Lifestyle Academy runs from 1pm to 5pm for girls aged 13-16. The teenage Lifestyle Academy will include modules on Skill Development, Physical Fitness and Lifestyle.

Teenage players will also get to meet, get to know and receive top class coaching from members of the Limerick Camogie Team and learn from them in terms of what it takes to be a top class player plus tips re healthy diet & lifestyle as well as discussion re education and careers.

This is an excellent way for young player to learn from their role models and to promote Camogie in Limerick by giving recognition to the girls who are working so hard to bring an All Ireland Camogie Title to Limerick.

The courses cost €10 per player and places can be booked through your club or by contacting the county board through our website.
